1.Health Management Center (Health Examination Services)
In order to promote public health and adopting a preventive medicine approach emphasizing early detection and treatment, our hospital inherits the outstanding experience of the Health Management Center at the main Taipei campus. We have established the first specialized, high-end self-pay Health Management Center in the Yunlin region, offering comprehensive and high-quality physical examinations from various aspects to ensure comprehensive health monitoring for our customers.

2.Cardiovascular Center
Yunlin County is a typical agricultural county and also an area with a lack of medical resources nationwide. Cardiovascular disease is the second and third leading cause of death in the Yunlin area. However, in terms of cardiovascular disease medical care, Yunlin lacks a well-equipped cardiovascular intervention treatment and critical cardiac care center.After the restructuring of Yunlin Branch Hospital into National Taiwan University Yunlin Branch Hospital, there was active planning for the Cardiovascular Medical Center. With an investment of NT$120 million, the Cardiovascular Medical Center of National Taiwan University Yunlin Branch Hospital was officially established in November 2004.

Under the close coordination of seven cardiologists and three cardiac surgeons, the center has gradually completed procedures including coronary artery balloon angioplasty and stent placement, carotid artery stent placement, renal artery angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, coronary artery bypass surgery, valve replacement surgery, cardiac tumor resection, and other medical services that only a medical center can provide. We hope to provide the most comprehensive services and immediate assistance to patients with cardiovascular diseases at the earliest possible time.

For patients with acute coronary artery disease, we maintain a sense of urgency and readiness to provide emergency coronary artery balloon angioplasty and stent implantation services. We continuously monitor changes in patients' conditions 24 hours a day, providing the most timely interventions in hopes of achieving the highest survival rates for patients.

3.Cancer Center
Since the year 1982, cancer has been the leading cause of death among the Taiwanese population, and both the incidence and mortality rates of cancer have been increasing year by year. The main causes of cancer are liver cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, gastric cancer, and oral cancer. Cancer research has become an extremely important issue in various aspects such as medical, social, economic, and academic in our country. In response to the demand for cancer treatment among the people and further research on common cancers, the Cancer Research Center of National Taiwan University College of Medicine was established in Taipei on August 18, 1999.
In addition to setting up specialized cancer wards and outpatient chemotherapy areas, valuable medical equipment such as Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) linear accelerators, imaging equipment (MRI, 64-slice CT), and nuclear medicine imaging equipment (gamma cameras, scans) were purchased. In December, a palliative care ward was established to provide comprehensive care from cancer diagnosis and treatment to end-of-life care.
The Cancer Center at National Taiwan University Yunlin Branch Hospital is a comprehensive multidisciplinary service center covering departments such as internal medicine, surgery, oncology, radiology, nuclear medicine, etc. The center consists of a professional cancer care team, social workers, administration, and community resources. It promotes cancer prevention education, screening, multidisciplinary integrated therapy, healthcare personnel education and training, support, and cooperation, clinical research, and gradually improves the scope and quality of services to provide better cancer prevention and treatment for the people of Yunlin. This also builds trust and support from the people of Yunlin for National Taiwan University Hospital and National Taiwan University.

4.Orthopedics
Our Orthopedic Department currently consists of six full-time attending physicians, one resident physician, eight specialized nurses, and five administrative and technical staff members. Together, we form a medical team on this land of Yunlin to provide medical services to patients. The department has laid a solid foundation for the treatment of degenerative diseases prevalent in Yunlin, particularly degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis and degenerative spinal changes, including treatments for artificial joints and spinal degeneration.
In terms of specialized medical care, due to the proximity to YunTech and HuTech, where young students often experience sports injuries, our orthopedic department will also focus on developing expertise in sports medicine and talent cultivation for the younger generation. We strive to provide resources and training environments to care for young students.
